Hey, I’m Nicola, the founder of Bunny and Blossom Photography, a natural family photographer passionate about capturing genuine moments of love, connection, and emotion. HOW TO BOOK

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before confirming your booking.
Check each photoshoot listing to ensure the studio is available for your chosen session.
Sessions may run over, so please allow extra time when planning your visit.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your invoice, location details, and styling guidance.
The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your session.

Do YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?

You can purchase a digital gift card through my website. Scroll to the gift card section and follow the quick and easy steps. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and are non-refundable.

How do I book a PHOTOshoot?

All bookings are made through my website. Select a shoot, the date, and then click the book button. This will take you to the payment window. Fill out all the details, answer all the questions, and secure your photoshoot with a £50 deposit. A photoshoot cannot be reserved without a deposit. All bookings are non-refundable.

What happens after I’ve booked my photoshoot?

Once the booking confirmation has been received depending on when you have booked your photoshoot you’ll receive an email a month before your date including the location details, styling guidelines, and your final invoice. Your final invoice needs to be paid at least 24 hours before the photoshoot is scheduled to go ahead.

Can I have unedited files?

I don’t give out unedited files. Please book me on the basis that you love my style and the way I edit.

Can I just have a couple of photos with me AND A SECOND PERSON?

All my packages outline the amount of people in the photoshoot so please book the correct photoshoot with the total amount of people even if there is someone who only wants to be in a few photos as it's simply not a case of taking 'a couple' of images. During my photoshoots, you interact with one another whilst I capture the lovely authentic moments between you. You can upgrade your photoshoot at any time however you cannot downgrade. All bookings are non-refundable.

How long does a PHOTOshoot take?

It varies between 1-2 hours, so it’s hard to give an exact time frame. The time a shoot takes doesn’t affect the cost. Sometimes a shoot naturally takes longer when it involves a new-born or multiple children so please bear this in mind when booking your time slot. Please let me know in advance if you are on a strict time scale due to other commitments on the day of your photoshoot.

Can I change my outfit during the PHOTOshoot?

Of course! Please bear in mind there are no changing facilities at the outdoor locations. With a new-born photoshoot if your baby doesn’t like being changed please keep it simple, capturing a happy baby is more important than capturing an unsettled baby in lots of different outfits.

How long do I have to wait to receive my images?

Usually 4-6 weeks however it could take longer during busier months. I will keep you updated on the editing process and I’ll send across a couple of previews within the first week after the shoot.

How do I get my images?

You will receive an email inviting you to your private online gallery. You’ll be given a download pin. Use this pin to download the images and the watermark will disappear.

What is THE best age for a newborn Photoshoot?

Honestly, whenever you are ready. I don't 'pose' or swaddle babies. I capture babies naturally and comfortably lying on the day bed, beanbag, and in the moses basket so it doesn't matter if they are awake or sleeping. If you have booked a duo or family new-born photoshoot, I’ll capture you having cuddles and during feeds.

Can i bring my dog?

Absolutely! After all, they are your family. There is no extra cost to bring your dog to the photoshoot however please note this is for location shoots only.

Do you share my images on social media?

I only share images on my website and social media with your permission.
